Shar Pei Mix - 1 1/2 years old in Adair Village, Oregon For Sale

I would like to look for a new home for my Shar Pei mix. He is 1 1/2 years old and a rescue from a shelter in Portland. I got him just recently and it's not working out for personal reasons. He is neutered and up to date on shots as of today. He weighed in at the vet at 47 lbs. He has had a rough life. He was transferred from another shelter from California and was put into the shelter in Portland. They don't know if he was neglected in his home or a complete stray. He has some "hot spots" on his hind where there isn't hair which they said can be due to him sitting on hot cement for long periods of time. I just don't want to see him go to another shelter.
He currently resides with my lab/border collie female puppy who is 9 months old and they are great together! They don't really play because they are both medium/lower energy but I haven't had any problems. I take him to the dog park every day and he likes to chase other dogs, but again, doesn't really play. He doesn't seem to like toys either. He just LOVES to be pet and attention.
He would be the perfect dog for adults. He can lay around and do nothing or run at the park. He's not high energy at all and would do well in a calm household. He is crate trained and I'm currently working on his recall, sit, down, and stay. He's a little on the picky side of treats and food but just likes the smellier treats.
